For example, in stock items will ship same or next business day. A personalised order typically takes 7-15 business days.

As most of our jewellery is
handcrafted from sterling silver, plated with rhodium, gold, and rose gold, it needs special care for you to enjoy the beauty for a longer period of time.

Here’s a list of tips for you on how to care for your S’Adore jewellery.

Care Instructions

• Remove all jewellery, especially rings, when engaging in strenuous workouts, household chores, and gardening.
• Avoid contact with soap, cosmetics, fragrances, hairspray, and corrosive or solvent-based cleaning agents.Avoid spraying perfumes directly on the jewellery, it’s preferable to apply scents and lotions before you wear the jewellery.
• Substances like chlorine may permanently damage or discolour the jewellery, especially at high temperatures. Avoid wearing it in pools, hot tubs, or while playing sports to prevent damage.

Storage Instructions

• When not worn, we recommend keeping your jewellery in the provided packaging (pouch or box) stored in a dry and dark place.
• Consider using desiccating crystals (silica gel) alongside your jewellery pieces for added protection.
• Store all jewellery pieces flat and avoid bending. Do not place one piece on top of another.

S’Adore DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON; however we do allow exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. In the event you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will allow you to exchange your item for an item of equal or greater value. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
