The type of product(s) you ordered will determine how long it takes to ship.

For example, in stock items will ship same or next business day. A personalized order typically takes 7-15 business days.

S’Adore DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON; however we do allow exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. In the event you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will allow you to exchange your item for an item of equal or greater value. Please contact us by phone or by email at contact@sadore.in and we will provide you with instructions on completing your exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
